Welcome to the official website of the Liberia Music Festival (LMF) ("Organization," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, creating a user account, registering as a vendor or artist, or purchasing tickets to any LMF event, you ("User," "Member," or "Purchaser") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website or purchasing any ticket, merchandise, or service provided by LMF, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian) and agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
2. USER ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION
Account Security: When creating an account on our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Termination: LMF reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse site services without prior notice.
3. TICKET PURCHASES & REFUND POLICY
All ticket purchases for the Liberia Music Festival (including General Admission, VIP passes, and Group Bundles) are subject to the following strict policy:
1-Week Refund Window: Tickets are eligible for a refund only within seven (7) calendar days from the exact date and time of purchase.
Final Sale Threshold: Any ticket purchased within seven (7) days of the scheduled event date is non-refundable, regardless of when it was bought.
No Refunds After 7 Days: Once seven (7) days have passed from the purchase date, all sales are 100% final and non-refundable.
Event Cancellations & Postponements: In the event of a festival cancellation or date rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of nature, LMF will provide instructions regarding credit transfers or rescheduled access. LMF is not responsible for secondary travel, lodging, or incidental costs incurred by purchasers.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT RIGHTS
Ownership: All content on this website—including logos, graphics, text, event branding, audio tracks, promotional videos, and software layout—is the exclusive property of the Liberia Music Festival or is used with explicit license/permission from the rightful copyright owner.
Use Restrictions: Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written authorization from LMF leadership.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Assumption of Risk: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers incidental to attending live cultural and music events, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Liberia Music Festival, its Executive Board, officers, directors, volunteers, partners, contractors, and venue owners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, personal injury, property damage, or legal fees arising out of your use of the website, attendance at LMF events, or violation of these Terms.
6. USER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Users agree not to use the website or event platforms to post harassing, defamatory, or unlawful material, or attempt to compromise website security/payment portals. LMF reserves the right to deny entry or eject any individual from event grounds whose conduct is disorderly or disruptive.
7. GOVERNING LAW & MODIFICATIONS
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania (or the state in which the organization is officially registered/operating). LMF reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
